Roof Cleaning

There are many types of roof surfaces that Flow 'N Steady Power Washing is equipped to clean.  Low-pressure water in conjunction with soft-bristled brushes and moss/mold/algae inhibitors effectively clean your roofs surface without causing any damage to the membrane.  However, roof cleaning comes with risks.  Steep pitch, multiple stories, and slick surfaces to name a few.  Our technicians are trained in fall protection, possess their lift/boom credentials and are covered by WCB.  Safety on the job is our #1 priority!

Asphalt Roofs

Our most common surface we come across.  These types of roofs are easily cleaned and the results will amaze you.

Gravel Roofs

Moss is removed by hand.  Gravel is sifted of remaining debris and spread evenly.  Moss inhibitor is then applied.

Care must be taken not to loosen or crack the tiles.  Our roof cleaning experts know where to step, eliminating damage.
